Our policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of the delivery. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

Product is defective
Product is not as described
Product must be unused
Product must not be damaged
To ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Refund Eligibility:

Unopened Products: We accept returns for unopened products within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in unused, unopened, and resalable condition.

Open Products: We also accept returns for open products within the same 15 day period. For open products, they should be returned in their original packaging and must not show signs of significant use or damage. We may require a thorough inspection to assess eligibility for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund based on the condition of the returned product.

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used for the original purchase. If a refund is not possible through the original payment method, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

 

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs concerning the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
